Tell M1dge what you want — it acts through the same agents, and it lands on the record.
The command layer ships with the live channels (A2P 10DLC for SMS, SendGrid for email, production Calendar OAuth) — building "send" before the channels are live would be a button that can't. Until then, every action is reachable from its card, and each one lands on the job's record.
